I specialize in Integrative bodywork using many modalities to best fit your individual needs. Whether you need de-stress & relaxation, rehabilitation, postural correction, or pain relief we will work together to help you achieve your goals.
Modalities: Swedish, hot stones, aromatherapy, deep tissue, neuromuscular, corrective massage, trigger point therapy, sports, myofacial, hot towel myofacial release, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage. I also have a background in Diet & Nutrition & Physical Therapy aid.
